Description
Hydrocare
Ultra stabilized hydrogen peroxide.
Slow release effect that removes biofilm until the end of the pipeline. Kills bacteria, viruses, yeasts and fungi, even when they are hiding
in the biofilm. For use in empty and operational barns. Safe for humans, animals, materials and the environment.
Product specification:
Intra Hydrocare contains 590 g / l of stabilized hydrogen peroxide to ensure
the slow release effect and optimize the biocidal efficiency. Intra Hydrocare is registered in Europe for the following types of use:
PT02: Disinfectants and other biocidal products for private sector and domain
public health
PT03: Biocidal veterinary hygiene products
PT04: Disinfectants for food and feed
PT05: Disinfectants for drinking water
Protocol and use
Intra Hydrocare can be used for 2 purposes: cleaning and maintenance. The dosage to use depends on several factors, such as the quality of the incoming water, and whether the house is empty or whether animals are present.
POULTRY
Cleaning with Intra Hydrocare in an empty house
Fill the watering system with a 1 to 3% solution (1 to 3 liters of Intra Hydrocare per 100 liters of water).
The product has an autonomous effervescent action, so brushing is not necessary. After filling all the pipes, it is also necessary to fill the watering nozzles, cups or towers in order to treat the whole system. Make sure there is still an air leak in the watering system. Let the solution sit for at least 12 hours, then flush the entire system, including the watering nozzles, cups, and towers with clean water.
Cleaning with Intra Hydrocare in an operational barn
If necessary, the system can be treated when animals are present. Start with a dosage of 0.010% (= 100 ml Intra Hydrocare per 1000 liter of water) for 5 days.
If necessary, increase the dosage by 50 ml every two days until the maximum dosage of 0.020% is reached (= 200 ml of Intra Hydrocare per 1000 liters of water).
Depending on the amount and type of contamination, this method will take approx. 10 days. In the event of a change in water / feed consumption, the dosage should be lowered. In the event of severe pollution by biofilm / pathogenic bacteria, an analysis of the water is recommended and a first cleaning of the system when the animals are not present.
Interview with Intra Hydrocare
Arrival of polluted water: dose 0.0030 - 0.0050% (= 30 - 50 ml Intra Hydrocare per 1000 liter of water) each day.
Correct incoming water: dose 0.010 - 0.015% (= 100-150 ml Intra Hydrocare per 1000 liters of water) 1 - 2 day (s) per week.
PORK
Cleaning and disinfection of drinking systems in empty barns: Use an Intra Hydrocare concentration of 1 to 3% and let stand overnight in the drinking water system. Make sure there is still an air leak in the watering system.
Empty house cleaning
10-12 hours 1-3% solution
Animals present 10-14 days Use 100 ml / 1.000 liter.
If necessary, continue with 100 ml / 1,000 liter until the system is clean.
In the event of severe pollution of the biofilm / pathogenic bacteria, an analysis of the water is recommended and a first cleaning of the system in the absence of the animals.
Safety instructions
Make sure there is always an air leak in the watering system when cleaning the system.
Note that 1 L Intra Hydrocare produces 200 L of oxygen. Wear protective gloves and goggles when using Intra Hydrocare.
Tips
The water quality can be easily measured with the Intra Clean Quick Scan. If you want to see if the Intra Hydrocare dosage is still effective at the end of the pipeline, measure the water with the Intracare peroxide strips.
A heavily polluted system will not show any active peroxide at the end of the pipeline, which means the dosage must be increased. After a night of cleaning the drinking water pipes, empty the sewage into a white bucket to see the pollution coming out of the pipes.
